Business to Business - Telemarketing Executives
Full Time
£7.00 - £9.00 per hour

An outbound business to business executive is expected to complete Outbound Sales, Market Research and Appointment Setting campaigns on behalf of VOICE clients. You will be representing VOICE and its clients in a very professional manner at all times. Campaigns are completed by dedicated teams so the ability to work in this type of environment is essential. Campaign specific training is provided, DPA and FSA training is standard. Executives are issued with a range of KPI’s to measure performance and quality of the work completed as individuals and as a team. You will be provided with regular coaching sessions and feedback to ensure targets are met.

Responsibilities:

Representing all clients in a professional manner

Meet client KPI’s

Meet VOICE performance related KPI’s

Ensure that quality of the work completed is of highest standard

Contribute to the team performance

Maintain an excellent attendance record

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills

Attention to detail and high quality output

Negotiation and sales skills

Self motivation

Good team player

IT literate Flexibility and adaptability
