Team Leader(s)

A Team Leader is expected to work with the team of Telemarketing Executives to ensure that client and internal targets are met in the following areas: Sales, Market Research and Appointment Setting.

£13-16,000 per annum

The role involves business to business and business to consumer campaigns. You will report to the Operations Manager and follow their directions with the use of your own initiative. You will be responsible for briefing the team and communicating individual and team KPI’s. You will support and train the executives through side by side coaching. You should have pro-active ideas with regards to team motivation.


Responsibilties:

• Self motivation and motivation of others
• Ability to communicate hourly and daily statistics to team members
• Brief new & existing agents on the relevant campaigns
• Coaching & call monitoring
• Meet client and operations targets


Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and high quality output
• Proven experience of leading an outbound team
• Self motivation and a drive to succeed
• Good team building skills and pro-active ideas
• IT literate –Excel and Word
• Flexibility and adaptability
