It has been very difficult curbing the excitement around announcing the opening of our second site in Sheffield!!! But hey, we just announced it!
Opening in August, 2010, we are opening our second site, around 4 miles down the road, which will boast 500 telephone executives and a management team of around 100. Whilst we have a significant percentage of seats already required by natural client expansion, we will plan to carefully fill the building over the next 12 months.
VOICE have grown mostly by recommendation and natural campaign expansion, due to our ability to consistently deliver campaign targets, recently recognised via our win, in March, of our internationally recognised Contact Centre World award, having been nominated by a number of our clients. We aim to maintain this focus in Site 2 and as such we are looking the very best employees in the industry, to join the VOICE Family.
Currently, we are looking for; telephone executives, multi-lingual telephone executives, team leaders, quality control executives, operations managers, as well as roles within HR, training and admin.
