The economic situation has caused havoc in the South Yorkshire area, with a number of call centres and telemarketing agencies posting very poor accounts, closure of sites, together with the inevitable job losses.
VOICE have been proud to be carefully managing growth around selecting the very best managers in the market...and we've just landed a hat-trick of senior managers, strengthing our experienced and award winning Operations Team.
B K Dulini, a highly respected dialler manager, Ian Brown, a hugely talented Call Centre Manager and Simon Hunter (CERT CII), an Account Director, combining contact centre experience, with 2 years in the Insurance industry on the client side, all joined VOICE in April 2010, as part of our development programme.
