By re-investing into key areas such as staff development, training and the working environment, we are able to build on our success with our clients' campaigns, as opposed to constantly having to manage a continuously transient workforce...the single biggest bug bear of any client working within the contact centre industry.
Contrary to many contact centres which still seem to disregard the importance of a harmonious work force, we have worked hard to develop a content, settled team. With that now a feature at VOICE and the correct measures in place to maintain the situation, we knew we had the experience to provide our clients with consistently strong results. And so the theory should continue, whereby a happy client usually means an increasing requirement from them, for additional work. And this is where we find ourselves.....
In February 2010, VOICE move into the third floor of Chantrey House (VOICE UK Head Office), adding another 50 telephone executive positions and a suite of management offices, providing a total of just over 300 seats across the three floors. Concurrently, we are in the final stages of our second site (again based in Sheffield..we will shortly be announcing the address and opening the lines for interested staff), which we aim to have open and operational in the Autumn of 2010, adding a further 400 seat capacity, across 4 floors. Naturally, we will develop the new site in stages, so we are able to carefully manage the clients' results and employee happiness.
All of this growth has come from the significant increase in demand for 'more of the same' from a number of our clients at VOICE...the very best barometer that our clients are loving what we are doing!
Of course, with growth comes opportunity. If you are a superstar telephone executive (we have opportunities in consumer sales work, market research and in business to business lead generation), a cracking team leader or the next big thing in Operations Management, we want to talk to you.
Call us today to discuss these positions, as well as the opportunities we offer with 'Second Generation VOICE' (the development programme to train key employees into senior roles/packages), and ask for the recruitment department on 0114 321 0000.
