VOICE are delighted to announce that despite enormous, national competition, we have been selected as one of the finalists for the prestigious Call Centre Hero Award. In fact, more to the point, one of our many highly rated telephone agents, George Stergios has been finalised down to a short-list of 3, from '000s of entries and as ever, we're very proud of him. We're very keen to continue entering and winning lots more awards, as well as see our ambitious telephone agents recognised for the excellent work they continuously produce.Another way for prospective clients to judge the quality produced by VOICE are to hear the opinions of clients currently working with us. With many client quotes and testimonials regarding working with us here at VOICE, we have decided to give them their own area on the web site so you can judge for yourself. Whilst we're building that, don't be shy in asking us to see some of them!
