With so much interest being shown in VOICE and the amount of staff we employ in the South of Sheffield (just under 200 employees as at June 09), our forward thinking and all-round rather clever Head of HR, James Flint, decided that we needed to run a couple of Open Days to fling our doors wide open and welcome lots of interested people to take a peek of what we are all about. We provided the opportunity to meet the Directors, talk to the Operations Managers and most importantly have a nosey at the call centre floors - and just what sets us apart from every other agency/call centre in the area.
The results told us it was worth it!! VOICE welcomed 55 new faces into our building across the 2 days recently, with an anticipated 25-30 of these joining the company on a permanent basis. Most of those that turned up were experienced telemarketing execs and all were impressed with VOICE itself. Indeed when asked for three words that describe us after they had received the tour, the three most common adjectives they chose were; Friendly, Professional and Exciting!
