After some hard graft on our part and the wonderful work that our Operations Team have done, to produce a truly process driven and compliant environment, VOICE has been successfully selected by Sheffield Hallam University, Hull University and the Department of Trade & Industry, following extremely thorough and rigorous tenders, involving a number of other local telemarketing agencies.
Having won this clean sweep of tenders, we feel that VOICE is clearly now the agency of choice within the area and aim to be so nationally, as our reputation for consistency and quality continues to grow.
VOICE continues to grow as an organisation, and is close to announcing details of the second Yorkshire based site. VOICE are constantly on the look out for top quality Call Centre Managers, Operations Managers, Team Leaders, Training Executives and Telemarketing Executives, particularly as the new site will need filling swiftly with some very large accounts, soon to be launched (announcements soon).
