The Human Resources department at VOICE has never had such a buzz about it! Adding to the 54 telephone executives that we needed just to satisfy the 2009 growth requirements from our existing client partnerships, we've only gone and landed Opal Telecom and the need for another 50 quality Telephone Execs! Despite the pressure, both VOICE's Head of HR, James Flint and his team, are enjoying the challenge.
James states 'When we started discussing the expansion of the business that our clients wanted to undertake with VOICE back in late 2008, we carefully planned our strategy to deliver both the volume and the quality of telephone executive, that we demand as an agency. I am delighted that this careful planning is paying off well, as we have almost all of the 54 new executives that we required in the business now and we can begin to set our sights on the requirements for our latest client win. To soon have a well trained, happy team of around 200 telephone executives for my team to look after, is a fantastic position for us to be in and one we are looking forward to.'
