VOICE boosts Training Division

With the consistent growth of VOICE, together with the ongoing target of providing the very best quality and performance available within the UK, we are delighted to announce the employment of Paul Kitchen as Head of Training.

VOICE have scoured the UK for the important role of the Head of Training Division, to find the very best person for the job. After a long search, we have finally found our perfect match, in Paul Kitchen, who joins the company via Swinton Insurance and Norwich Union, where he held down senior training roles, designed around business development and compliance.

With VOICE having a number of clients that require strict FSA rule adherence, as well as TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) compliance, we knew it wasn't just a strong and proven training manager that we required, but also one with the skills to deliver a process framework, within which training assistants, team leaders and telephone executives must operate and be audited, in order for the agency to be a trusted long term partner. With Paul, we are delighted that his experience gives us all this and more.

Already an accredited trainer in his own right for VOICE's Homeserve account  and e-on account, Paul has also recently been accredited for VOICE's new and exciting large Utility account win! We are delighted to have him and for him to add to our award winning Operational Team.
