At VOICE we will never stop listening to our clients. Unlike a number of agencies content to win deals purely on price, VOICE aim to be competitive but committed to improving, investing and creating genuine long term partnerships, both with our staff and clients.
One area that we have spoken to a number of clients about is managing some of their campaign types (such as customer service, consumer sales (non-financial services) and inbound) off-shore, to enjoy the VOICE structure, reporting and management processes thy enjoy in the UK, but with a South African cost base, reflected in fees.
The opening of VOICE SA in Cape Town (Sept 2008) opens the door for a large number of campaigns that simply cannot work for both parties in the UK, All current UK campaigns of course, will stay within our Sheffield HQ.
