Hallmark Cards selected VOICE for a hugely sensitive inbound call handling campaign, to manage the Most Expensive Mother's Day Card Auction to raise money for a breast cancer charity partner.
In addition to the National Press, the 0844 number was also advertised on both This Morning (with Fearne and Phil!!) and Radio 2 with Chris Evans. The calls then came flying in to the VOICE call centre, to be handled by highly experienced telephone agents.
One lucky mum was then presented with the 'World's Most Expensive Mother's Day Card!', with an imbedded 1 Carat Diamond.
VOICE was delighted to have been chosen as the partner to handle these calls.
