In keeping with the company's enormous experience in the careful management of consumer sales campaigns, in industries such as financial services, insurance, utilities and telecoms, VOICE are fully authorised in both advice and non-advice sales.
The management controls, processes and reporting associated with being fully compliant with FSA regulations are adopted and applied across all areas of VOICE, regardless of the need to do so. The basis of this is that the measurement and control of the results achieved by VOICE, whether B2B or B2B, sales, market research or appointment generation, are monitored carefully by our Quality Control department. In doing this, VOICE instantly and proactively manages instances when calls are made outside of clients' requirements and resolves the issue without the client first having to highlight it, which is a common industry gripe.
Process and control from campaign inception, to delivery of results, is managed carefully by VOICE and at all times visible for the client. Feedback from our clients, is that this approach, over and above industry requirements, is one of the main reasons why they wish to maintain a long term partnership with VOICE.
