Expansive training and mutually beneficial development of telephone agents is what VOICE is all about. Our philosophy is simple when it comes to investing into our agents: if by investing heavily into developing the skills of our new recruits and existing staff, both they and the agency earn more and deliver for the client, then it's worth doing!!VOICE have a HUGE announcement to make in the next couple of weeks regarding the acquisition of one of the industry's very top training and development managers. She is joining VOICE in early December from The Royal Bank of Scotland, and thus in turn will enhance the agency's compliance and FSA regulatory knowledge, into the telephone teams.
