Award Winning Operations Director joins the VOICE team

VOICE are delighted to announce securing the services of Paul Fletcher as Head of Operations. Paul joins from a leading, 500 seat call centre in South Africa, where he helped to win the 2006 Global Call Centre of the Year for one its key accounts.

In addition to a huge amount of B2B and B2C experience and a calm, happy demeanor, Paul also brings a huge amount of MIS /reporting knowedge thus helping our clients fully understand each stage of the campaign. Paul works closely with each campaign manager, in order to make sure that all client expectations are met and also to monitor that each variable within the campaign (data, telephone agents, the pitch itself, timings etc) are all operating at their most effective.

VOICE have further invested into a market leading management team, in order to remain on track to becoming the UK's top telemarketing agency.

Paul's view is the same as the Directors of VOICE: 'If my management team and telephone agents continue to achieve client satisfaction, I can continue the strategy of careful growth via key client retention and natural word of mouth'.
