The brief was to create a brand and strategy for a young, dynamic telemarketing agency with an emphasis on honesty and integrity.
Iris helped VOICE to develop an identity which reflected the company objectives and complemented its characteristics. Voice has been established as a forward thinking agency which understands the importance of staff care and relationship building, and appreciates the value of its workforce.
The success can be measured by executive retention and in the last 2 months retention has been at 95% and the feedback from the telephone executives direct or via the Executive Council has been excellent.
