Paul brings with him a wealth of call centre expertise both in Australia and the United Kingdom. His experience covers a broad range of markets and functions, from consumer sales with some of the leading insurance and financial institutions, to business-to-business telecom sales and appointment generation.
The recruitment philosophy has been to select executives, where possible, with relevant experience and then to support that experience with functional and client specific training. This is achieved by consistently monitoring the executives and their requirements.
