Telephone Executive basic, bonus, cheaper technology, less compliance, quality and adminisitration staff...the saving must come from somewhere. Here at VOICE, when asked, we deliver proposals designed to deliver the result the client has outlined, whilst achieving a profit for ourselves. IIP offers a business improvement tool which is designed to help organisations to develop performance through their people, it provides tailored assessments which are designed to support organisations in planning, implementing and evaluating effective strategies.
We felt it was important to achieve this status, in order to demonstrate to all potential and current employees, and indeed clients, that an independent governing body (it's not just us saying it!), recognises the focus and development strategies that we have applied.
No business is perfect but we engage with our staff and ensure they have a forum to speak, in order to continually improve how we all work together.
With staff forums, suggestion boxes, the company Intranet and regular team social events, the feedback and enhancements, are continuous.
Equally, we don't stand still with our clients either. Highly experienced Account Directors maintain overall internal responsibilty for the on-going delivery of targets. In addition to the partnership's day-to-day operational delivery team, each Account Director communicates and meets regularly with the client, to facilitate understanding and momentum of the results, against targets. Additionally we operate regular client satisfaction surveys so all bases are covered with regards to client satisfaction.
