Our Disaster Recovery support can include emergency overflow services whereby operations are routed through to our Contact centres or total disaster recovery cover whereby operations are switched over to a dedicated contact centre designed and maintained to your requirements.

VOICE operates state of the art, resilient sites, that can be contingency-staffed in the event of a disaster recovery situation. Our sites are fully equipped operational contact centres with sophisticated telephony together with advanced call routing, monitoring and call recording software. Additionally, by employing technical leaders in the call centre industry, we are almost always able to mirror your own operating systems, configured as they would be in your own offices.

Immediate resources include around 200 seats of fully configured call centre operations with a further 600 seats available subject to lead times and times of day/week.

VOICE are also able to offer a proactive disaster recovery strategy that enables you to relocate your staff temporarily to one of our contact centres.
