Sam Dye - Quality Manager
I've started at VOICE in August 2008. When I first started at VOICE I came in as a team Leader, I've worked with different types of people working with under performers, helping them deliver targets, watching them become top performers and also working with high achievers and ensuring they were motivated to continue with their current standards. I have worked with two different Operations managers, both of which have helped and guided me throughout my time at VOICE, and supported me when things weren't going in the direction we needed. Having being developed by both I have now progressed in to Quality Manager ensuing quality targets are met and the sales floor are achieve quality, compliant sales. During my time as Quality Manager, the individuals I've worked with have pulled together delivering ALL set targets and winning Vendor of the month (5 times in the last 6 months!!)
I look to continue to progress within VOICE and work my way up to Assistant Operations Manager or even Operations Manager.
VOICE is a great place to work; I class the people I work with like family. There always there for me to help, support and guide me throughout.
Michelle Shepherd - Operations Manager
Just under twelve months ago to the day I began my career with VOICE completing a 5 day intensive but helpful training course to become a telephone executive on the phones, working on a large consumer sales campaign. I implemented my training and then spent 3 months selling to the best of my ability and becoming top seller on the campaign mainly thanks to the brilliant help and support my T/L gave me. I then passed this help onto new starters and fellow colleagues who needed help or might be struggling.
Quite soon an opportunity then came up on the campaign to become a Quality Assistant where I listened to agents calls, coached agents and helped them achieve their targets. After helping many of my colleagues achieve targets and improve their calls remaining compliant I applied and was successful to become a T/L managing half the campaign.
Being a Team Leader was nerve racking at first but I quickly learnt how to get the best of my staff and create a fun, buzzing atmosphere. Being a T/L gave me the chance to develop my managerial skills and gave me the confidence to manage a team, something I had wanted to do for years but not had the chance with other companies I had worked for.
Finally after a really challenging but satisfying 6 months where my team and the campaign set new sales records and (then broke them again!) I applied for the Senior Management position of Operations Manager. Amazingly after only 12 months working for the VOICE I was successful in my application. I now manage 31 Agents and a management team of 3 overseeing the whole campaign working with the Directors.
My progression in the last twelve months at VOICE has given me a fantastic opportunity to develop my career and me as a person. I love working for VOICE - a very driven company, exciting company and one with a bright future!
Hayley Gora - Assistant Operations Manager

Natalie Richmond - Telemarketing Executive
I've been working at VOICE since October 2010. My role is to work as a telephone executive for a large utility client. I find VOICE to be a fun and competitive working environment, being a top selling executive definitely keeps you on your toes and gives me the ambition to do better every month. Everybody is very friendly to work alongside and the days are always ending fast, I have met a few lifelong friends at VOICE and we are like a big family on this campaign. There are opportunities to succeed within VOICE for those wanting to progress and lots of ways to move up the ladder. I am very happy working at VOICE and feel I have a responsibility to do well and be there for my team.
Claire Biggin - Appointment Setter - VOICE Business
I started my employment at VOICE Marketing in 2007 on a Business to Consumer Campaign.
I then moved on to a Business to Business Department (VOICE Business).
There are many different campaigns so each day is varied.
We have a super Management team and a support team who recognise our efforts and the hard work we put in.
The VOICE business team is a great team to work on as we keep each other motivated and celebrate each other successes every day.
I am still here in 2011 and enjoying my time at VOICE Marketing.
Robert Race - Telemarketing Executive - Consumer Media
I'm currently working on the Sky campaign here at VOICE. I do believe its one of the best places where I've worked, through out my working life. My work colleagues here or a really good bunch of people: starting from the top managers down to the sales agents. The work environment is a sale's driven one but relaxed at the same time, due to the trust given to the team members, that we'll deliver to the best of our ability. I really enjoy coming to work for VOICE and hoping to progress within the ranks of the company.
Alex Booth - Telemarketing Executive/Coach
I work here at VOICE on a consumer sales campaign. There's a great atmosphere at VOICE, it's a great sales floor I work on, with incentives and games running all the time. Since joining the campaign in February 2011 the staff here have made me feel welcome, I have been a key member on the campaign by coaching and helping my team to succeed as everyone helps each other to help them hit targets and best of all, more money.
Rebecca Hanna - Telephone Executive - VOICE Business
'I first got in touch with VOICE because a friend recommended the company to me. When I started (May 2010), I was a bit scared at first but I recieved three days of training straightaway, which gave me a lot of confidence.'
'As well as general training, I was also trained more specifically for the campaign I would work on, I had the chance to listen to call recordings and felt really supported by the management at VOICE. Saying that, I was still really nervous when my first call came through! Now when a new starter is in the same situation, I always say: 'Don't worry, you'll be fine!' '
'I've had no problems working here and know if any did come up, I'd be given the training I need and the support is brilliant. I'm already looking at progressing in the company to become an Account Executive for VOICE, and look forward to job-shadowing someone working in that role soon, within my Second Generation VOICE progression.'
