These principles form the PACTT that VOICE enters into with each new employee, no matter what level of the business they join. These principles run through every element of our business, from initial recruitment, on-the-job Apprenticeships & associated qualifications, through to Second Generation VOICE (The staff development journey).

We believe then that the aptitude and pride that a skilled employee at VOICE possesses, is tangibly transferred into the work undertaken on behalf of each client.
